Therapy has been invaluable to me. That's why I became a therapist.
I became a therapist because I deeply value the experience of being in therapy, and I wanted to pay forward some of what I have received through the years from capable and caring clinicians. I work best with high functioning adults age 26+ who are grieving, facing a life stressor or a difficult transition, struggling in relationships, feeling stuck, navigating intersecting identities, or wanting to better attune to their inner world and clarify what matters most. I get what it's like to be a client and I strive to create a comfortable atmosphere where you can feel seen and heard. I work particularly well with professionals and with advanced degree students. I am an LGBTQQIA+ affirming therapist.
